The Hacker’s Diet

About a month ago, I read a book entitled, “The Hacker’s Diet”. The book has been free online for many years and I had begun reading it many times. This time I read the whole thing.

Since finishing it, I have been implementing it in my routine (which doesn’t take long, by the way). I am using the online tool to record my daily weights and after about 3 weeks the readout on how many calories too much I am eating began to get meaningful. 

I’ve lost about 13 pounds the first month.

Once there, just click on Diet and nutrition on the left side. The online tool is there, too. A good companion app for your iPhone is called True Weight.

Even if you don’t implement it, the book is a good read and interesting concept.
